SlideToAnki ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
Files you upload: When you upload PDF or PowerPoint files, we process them to extract text and images for flashcard generation. Uploaded files are temporarily stored during processing and automatically deleted within 1 hour.
Account information: If you create an account via Google Sign-In, we store your email address and name to identify your account and saved decks.
Usage analytics: We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage data to improve our service. This includes pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns. No personal content from your files is included in analytics.
Your uploaded files are processed on secure servers and automatically deleted after processing. If you save decks to your library, card data and associated images are stored in Supabase (our database provider) with industry-standard encryption.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or file contents with third parties, except as required by law.
You can delete your saved decks at any time from your library. To delete your account entirely, contact us at the email below.
If you use the service without an account, your files are automatically deleted after processing and we retain no personal data.
